neither works with Version 4 but if you covert data to v3 then it should if it ever did, or you can covert that V3 to metastock format using Datacon downloaded from Worden.

The upside is that they apply the $70 to the purchase price -- downside might well be that it is discounted more than $70 elsewhere ;)
