Announces Renegotiations of Mortgage Financing At Lake Tropicana Timeshare Project NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- MPTV, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MPTV - news), a Nevada corporation, announces that the management of the Company has substantially completed renegotiations of the mortgage refinancing of the Lake Tropicana timeshare project and is in the process of meeting certain reasonable conditions. Closing is anticipated before the end of October. The financing includes capital for construction, sales and general operations. Management expects to bring this project back on line prior to the end of 1998. An additional project is scheduled to open following the opening of Lake Tropicana.
