I feel foolish for buying and selling like I have been, but given the recent market volitility, I am happy to get out with modest profits. I bought in again today at 15 1/2 and plan on holding until the next earnings report. Question: Are the 25 million shares all traded, or are only 5.6 million available for trading while the remaining are privately held? If I have read it correctly, about 78% of the shares are privately held, leaving about 5 million that are traded publicly? Please help me clarify this.

IMHO, we will surely find some resistance in the days to come due to profit taking, but there are many (not unlike yourself) who are waiting for the price to reach the levels near the IPO phase. I believe this company has a great product but has gone unnoticed until this recent flight to quality. The numbers look good on this one and should be reflected in it's stock price. Indeed, I look forward to what tomorrow brings!

Regards!
