I hope this news is big. One thing is for certain, it sure does look like it's gonna move the stock. When will the 1997 audit be finished?

This might be a silly question, but how is GLOW going to purchase a company without any money? oh I know, they will issue them 20 million shares, and dilute what little profit they might make even more.
