Re: "Remember when Sanders and Greg Favor announced Sharpy LAST YEAR at the Microprocessor Forum? In a few more weeks, an ENTIRE YEAR will have gone by and that part isn't even introduced yet !

And Intel didn't announce a Mendocino at all last year !"

Good point Paul. AMD announces a new product and a year+ goes by and still vapor(any one know why?). Expect the same for the K7. Intel usually ships millions before even announcing. It shows the character of a company desperately trying to stave off bankruptcy. Hype your vapor, it's all you have.

Paul,

Re: "Don't forget the avalanche of new products AMD has in development."

That's what I am counting on ... The Q3 results and the Microprocessor Forum
should be very interesting. I'm expecting some very good, old fashioned
HYPE from AMD at the Forum ... I doubt that I will be disappointed.

Make It So,
Yousef
