It makes one wonder if the S/A is being paid by the shorts. Card noted: "the the Company itself is being investigated for possible illegal sale of shares according to SEC rules and regulations." This is highly improper for the SEC to disclose this to the S/A advisory. It is market manipulation by the S.E.C itself if they did disclose this to S/A. If they did not disclose this to S/A I would think that JAWS would have a legitimate legal action against S/A. A press release by the company is certainly in order.
