Hi Net; It may be shocking for some, but I've been posting about this type scam since the BBS day, ( before the internet opened up to the public ). Just how deep it runs no one knows and they are not going to just turn over that information. The system gave into international criminals years ago, & they legalized stealing as long as your big enough to get a license to do it. Books and books have been written about how the American people have been ripped off, but it goes beyond that, just about every nation in the world has been ripped off at one time or another. Jim
