Hi Jaime....

The difficulty you are having getting in touch with the financial PR representative is precisely the reason why a company shouldn't totally depend on such an entity for its corporate communications.

The further away from management you get, the less controls there are on performance.

It is a tautology.

Have a good day!

Jaime.....I looked at Breed Technologies several months ago, because they started out as a one-product company, with a monopoly on the best airbag sensor technology in the early 1970's. (I am going from memory now.)

I thought there might be parallels between Breed's history and SMU with the ITS. The car companies and first tier suppliers tried to do the same thing to Breed in the early days, that Autoliv did to SMU. Breed was very tough...Husband and younger wife team, with company now headed by wife Johnie....elder Mr. Breed is an inventing engineer, like S. DesJ. Breed ultimately prevailed....but the powerful entrenched suppliers tested Breed first, before accomodating the Breed technology. Same as SMU.

Breed at $5 might be a good deal. I do not know what has happened to Breed in the last 8 or 9 months.

Anyway, for the curious, there actually is history at Breed that parallels the recent history of SMU.......but nothing that helps us in the present.

Jaime, if you can call Trinske for a "dime", you must be on the ATT One-Rate plan. You are dating yourself. <G> mcd
