When will we hear/know if the punitive law suits against KRY will obtain CLASS ACTION status??
I will also be looking to buy KRY once these frivelous(my belief)law suits are tossed out!
With San Gregorio/Uraguay MINE (3 years production sold forward; Rea Gold spent US$70 MM on this project)coming on board, the deep vein rights for Albino, plus the same for Caribobo and Santa Elena, and the phantom 5,000 hectacres somewhere in Venezuela, KRY shareholders have a lot to look forward too!
Oh, I forgot to mention the possibility of the Mineiro property /Brazil and who knows about LC 4&6 (I.Mael/KRY still have title to the property). A lot to unfold in the near future!!!!

Hello Charred:

How thoughtful of you. I wouldn't want to miss anything. <gg>

To be honest I've sort of drifted off into other things so my understanding of there most recent aquisition is rather limited. I take it your refering to the Uraguay property.
Since your better skilled at interpreting such data, I'll look forward to your comments.
As far as the lawsuit. I'm of the opinion that it won't go far. With the possibility of one exception I can't see what the charge is. The one exception is the full page add Kry put out in the G&M. In that add if I'm not mistaken kry claimed that Las Christinas amounted to 10% of there interest. That was a stretch.
Other than that, management has been very tight lipped from day one. I've basically read every release put out by Kry. One would be hard pressed to find anything in there news releases to say they mislead there shareholders. As for the 23.00 offer, the claim has no proof in writing by management that it ever took place. Legally.

As for picking through your previous posts to dispute your claims. I'd prefer we just start over.

peace
