Ok Tele, what's the deal, why did you post that you had sold but now you seem very
worried about the price. Why didn't you answer my questions about any relationship
with the company. Are you trying to force down prices to pickup stock for a quick
buck??? As you well know - a part of FRSH company does pasteurize and this issue
about pasteurization is more than a year old. Labeling will affect the competition the
same as it does FRSH <TOGA - very soon!>. You have followed FRSH since it went
public. I think you are well aware that TOGA is getting a very good deal. The labeling
issue shouldn't affect a damn thing. Now come clean - What are you doing - trying to
get some cheap stock or trying to help TOGA get some cheap stock. I sold some at
$3 and I readily admit that I have been a buyer at 2 13/16 and 2 7/8 for a quick return.
now what is your gig????

Here are some year old posts discussing pasturization. Like I said - when the family
insider problem - and the Steve Smith 350K salary for 25 weeks work are eliminated
- FRSH should be VERY profitable.

Before posting my item re the FDA ,I called that agency. It's not spam its as new regulation which is now required on all containers of non-pasteurized fruit drinks. I would think that insiders at the company were aware of the fact that the FDA was getting ready to require this labeling and perhaps that is the reason insiders advised the SEC that they might sell FRSH stock.
