Well, you can't do an auto logon and be C2 compliant either,
I don't believe.

NT has a C2 compliant mode, but you don't have to turn it on.
There's a long audit list of steps to take (in the resource
kit, maybe? I forget just where it is) to prepare NT for
C2 compliance.

Don't recall details, but I read enough of the list to
know I don't want any part of it, being an anarchist at
heart <g>.
