You still have no proof for your accusations - Let me ask you how big your excuse will be if it turns out that ARIF paid say 40 cent a share to the company ?

I agree. People should vent their frustrations at the company. Call or send a fax to the company telling them how we feel. Maybe the ridicule and abuse may make Arif take a hike. He has become such a joke and I wish he would just resign.

Forest: I'm with you. The way that the shareholders have been treated by this company is despicable. Arif Adam is not to be trusted and has clearly demonstrated his incompetence. Now we are moving into the Randy Malinoff era and despite his good start, his performance is becoming questionable. e.g.1 How long was Mike Sukey in the employ of this company? This was a hiring mistake... not a good sign. e.g. 2 The dates for the release of the audited financials have continued to be pushed back (jus what we had during the Ira Monas era).... not a good sign. This when Randy has stated we will (my words), under promise and over deliver. e.g. 3 The stock price..... not a good sign. Who is it that is responsible for driving shareholder value? Could that be Arif and Randy? I'm with you Forest: Company officers have lied, over promised and under delivered. I'm at the point where I don't care about audited financials for 1996 and 1997. They are irrelevant today. What is relevant is: How is our company performing today? What growth rates are we seeing on a monthly basis. What were the revenues for the month of August, 1998? What will net sales for 1998 come in at (ball park)? When will Arif Adam take 30 million shares off the table? I agree with the suggestion of sending faxes to Long Beach expressing our exceeding displeasure with the state of the FAMH nation. LTBFV, Dick
