Could it be that they are filing because they anticipate a "squeeze". Don't you think that if you are a 144 holder, you would file to sell some of it because you know there will be a squeeze and try to take advantage of making more $$$. I think, that is just a smart thing to do. JMHO

Oh, and I forgot to tell you.
The TA won't let them take the restriction off their stock because of AZNT not being current with their financials....isn't this what jeff said....correct me if I'm wrong. I'm always wrong. <ggg>

Isn't there a freeze in the TA? So those filings can't be sold right now, until they lift the freeze. Right?

OT....look at PRWT 6 million shares right now. WOW!
