FWIW, I imagine the following: JC goes to Indonesia, gets a local backer for a specific project in Indonesia. Perhaps the "local" has no interest in other J. Chin projects and, likewise, JC does not want that investor mixed in other of his projects. So, taking it to the absurd, DGIV could be "cash rich" in project X in country Y and "cash poor" at headquarters. Well, it is only a theory... Ron
