Dear Tim,

Do you know something that the ASND board doesn't? I rarely disagree with you, however, you are wrong on the LU-ASND merger, plain and simple.

OT, I picked up MER with the proceeds of my dumping of CPQ, picked up a quick 5K and put it in MER, looking for 75 before I turn it.
