I'll take it. CMO needs a rate move either up or down. I don't know if this will hold and god help us if rates are not cut..... Now if we earn some money and then start paying a dividend again........

Just picked this up , check it out.
A buyback was approved in 1996, and was noted in the
last 10-Q on page 21. 1,000,000 shares authorized, but
never used. Surprise!!!!
