Is there anything new here? Isn't that the same statement the auditor made about the three aquisitions in the last release? I wouldn't start talking accounting fraud here, although this news item sure doesn't help this poor stock! We've got a micro cap here selling at what is probably pretty close to book value, beaten down by all sorts of factors. If your horizon is less than a year or so, forget about RECY. Sorry about your loss Phil, that's not pretty :-( I've been in and out of RECY more times than I can remember. Right now, I'm out of the money big time, but I'm willing to put this one away for a couple years and forget about it. Better luck on your next trade! :-) Brad
