Disraeli once said that there are three types of lies: Lies, damnable lies, and statistics. Yes, but these 'lies' are causing real losses. I am pessimistic about whether the money will return to the speculative markets when they return to the DOW. I think that many people who have been burned are going to be much more careful with their money (if they have any left). The hype, the newsletters, the company releases have less impact than they used to have. David
