The reason no one can get an answer is they have been sent home because of the Hurricane. I'm waiting for someone on the board to Blame Corky for the ^&((^(^ Hurricane. The only thing he has done is clean this company up and have it in a position to explode to the upside when the VOD orders start.

They would not have to discuss in the 10K if not material. Some of the extra SG&A costs in the last quarter might have included some amount for this lawsuit. If they did set up some small amount, they will most likely bleed it back into operations in immaterial amounts over future periods or use it to take care of other issues that might come up.
