GSCO:

let me say this... yes i think GSCO was buying... in fact from what i saw... on monday when CIEN got as low as 10/6, GSCO was buying like crazy.... i manually counted 1.5 million shares at 11/1 that GSCO acquired.... before this they were buying and even during the run up on tuesday and the following two days when CIEN gave back some of the run up.....

i just read on SI that there was supposed to be a meeting between CIEN and GSCO.... this is what i was thinking too since the end of last week..... maybe CIEN went to GSCO and asked them for help to recover the price of CIEN.....

MLCO:

i have never seen MLCO on the bid for very long at all.... like i have posted before, MLCO was definitely selling CIEN on the way down as far as 11/4... while MLCO isn't selling as much anymore... they are still selling....

anyone know who did the IPO?

one more thing.... everyone is free to play CIEN however they want, but CIEN doesn't need a buyout to return its price to the 25-30 range....

so enough with the takeover rumors.... it will happen but CIEN doesn't need that volatility right now.... there are daytraders who are just waiting for CIEN to move.... so they can buy and sell.... what usually happens is their selling causes others to sell and in the end nets a lower price than from where it started....

this stock will rise again... but let it go slow and natural....

everyone chill and enjoy the ride....
