dougjn, If the sale of girly magazines has dwindled recently, maybe it reflects the fact that the male boomer generation has moved its attention from those to the stock market:o) Yes, I agree that the ubiquitous violence on TV is not only boring but unhealthy for the younger generations. Even the news channels now have explicit sex:o)......hopefully they've squeezed all the shock value out of reading the Starr Report on the air by now. My favorites are the History Channel, Travel Channel, A & E and of course the occasional visit to the Cartoon Channel. Must admit I've been a "talking heads" addict recently, however I'm trying to taper off:o) Ann
