I'd be angry if a company I owned stock in refused to let me sell my shares once any restrictions on them had expired. VERY angry.

Sarab,

Exactly what type of services does Wellrich provide for its clients??

And how does Wellrich obtain these clients?

And how does Wellrich justify entering into officially soliciting investors to send their money to AZNT in a 144 private offering?? Are these accredited investors?

Finally, what was the general fee/commission derived by Wellrich from the AZNT contract??

As far as I see this situation, there is no way that I believe AZNT has acted completely alone in this debacle. Please describe why Wellrich should not be held culpable as well for not doing further diligence on AZNT before suggesting the stock to their clients.

Regards,

Ron
