Frankly, fs, I just do not see that much "rumor" on this board. Speculation, yes, to a certain degree. But RNTK, TM and all others who really examined the 22nd date clearly indicated that it was RNTK's projection of when they thought the deal would be done and not necessarily TX's timetable. How much clearer do you need it to be? I would prefer this sort of communication from the company over silence, wouldn't you? I really do not see what the problem is you have with the company or this board but you do whine an awful lot. Give it a break, I think we all understand the frustration on waiting and the problems with the dilution - like Sandie said, you know your options. Good luck Eric
