Just out of curiosity, did you hear that directly from the SEC? Usually they decide on an enforcement action and carry it out; they don't notify shareholders.

And another question: why, if the SEC is so convinced that WellRich has acted improperly, haven't they (or the California Securities Commission) shut them down? AZNT isn't the only company they have a contract with, you know.

Rico, if you have proof that WellRich is trying to cover a short, please provide me with a copy. You say we are a scam. Mr. Rico, if you choose to take a libelous approach on our company, then you better have your facts straight. As for being a scam, AZNT hired us, not us them. Clients sent their checks to AZNT not us. Stock certificates were sent by AZNT not us. If you'd like to continue commenting on AZNT and WellRich I strongly suggest you pick the right words to define the realtionship.

Thanks in advance

JJ
