Another way to put it, Jon, "You CAN'T short it" because "You also can't margin it." In order to allow you, someone needs to be on margin. If the late is true (margin), it makes sense for the first (short). At list you can flip the first time. Thanks for your reply. As of 15:19:26, EBAY is at 45, up 27 (150%). Good day, Marty
