They seem still to be in business. After all, one of their employees is posting to this thread. Jeff's spoken to people there. Why not call 'em and ask. In fact, your answer to my question was exactly what I expected: your only source for what the SEC supposedly said about WellRich is AZNT. AZNT has indeed complained about WR, as the letter you received, and as a letter they sent to the SEC indicate. That doesn't mean the SEC has done anything. Bear in mind that Mike Sylver appears to have a history of trying to prevent people from selling 144 shares.
