This just popped up again on my E*Trade screen monitoring TDFX.

"Short Sales in this security are subject to NASD regulations, UPC 11830. Shares may be difficult to borrow."

The NASD 11830 part has appeared before. The "Shares may be difficult to borrow" part is new. I thought that was interesting. Maybe Sun's efforts are getting some legs.
