Lance,

Not only has the thread been quiet in the past few weeks, but so has the stock.

Do you (or anyone) have an idea of how the litigation is progressing?? Do you (or anyone) have a feel for how long this might drag out? We all were looking for a quick end to the lawsuit. It's reassuring that even if JNNE loses, they only will have to pay $30,000 in lawyers fees ... then again, we're all positive about the outcome, eh!?

Just curious.
