Generally, I agree, but that doesn't seem to be happening at the moment. My 15 min delayed Internet trader shows 1600 bid at 3 19/32 and only 200 asked at 3 5/8. This is after 1800 shares traded at that price.

I think that here, we're dealing with little guys who have weak stomachs as their investment creaters--volume is too low for anything else. It'll be interesting to see if the dumping you refer to resumes once we break 4 again (and hit other resistance points.)

If NCES's recent PR is true, you'd have to wonder why NOV would be dumping shares at these prices. It's the most promising and profitable holding they have at the moment, and is comically undervalued at these levels.
