You perhaps overlooked these questions posed to you by H.R.:

1. When do you think this deal will be done (specifically)?
2. Why do you think the deal will not be finalized by the October
meeting?
3. Have you spoken to ANYONE at RNTK to verify your info (I don't
expect you to reveal your sources, but be honest).

Any specific reason why you care not to answer?
