Cabo, Yes, I have puts on Xlnx. I own Dec 30s as my 1/3, which was partially rolled down from 40s which were double rolled down from 45s in earlier months. In other words, I had 2/3 of June 45s, rolled half of them to Sept 40s and rolled that third to Dec 30s.

I generally like to load up over $40 on the stock.

I didn't consider up a half such a big move, except relative to other stocks. I don't know why they bucked the trend.

If I were buying a first third here, I would hope for a move to $40 and then buy the Dec 35s.

I bought Jan 125s on the IBMs. I have used them before fairly recently.
