You did have some credibility with me, especially as a voice of reason and caution. However, reason and caution have now turned to stubbornness and irrationality. You know perfectly well that Intel (like most companies) never addresses earnings projections directly. After all, the analysts have to do something <gg>.

Do you ever remember Intel pre-announcing that a quarter was going better than expected and then they missed EPS estimates?? Surely, you have been investing long enough to know that this is not how it works.
I won't beat you up in October because I believe that deep down you realize fully what Intel was implying with the pre-announcement.
