Dave,

There was never any intention of the shares getting into the hands of the bankruptcy court. IPM SH's were the furthest thing from the minds of the insiders of IPM. Where did the proceeds of the sale go?
Oh yeah, wasn't Yellich an insider of IPM and MGAU at the time? Hmmmm, now that's interesting ;). All of the foregoing is just MHO.
