dougjn, My whole point is that you proceeded to basically insult the integrity of Judge Napolitano's article by suggesting that he formulated his opinion from "leaks". That's absolutely ridiculous. You use the fact that you weren't aware of the transcript or video being available. Just pointing out how totally erroneous your assumptions are. If you're going to make an argument, at least get your background info straight. Unfortunately for you, and this is why I posted his opinion, it totally flies in the face of the arguments you've been making about the possible sanctions for Clinton as it relates to the Jones Depo and that's why I said I personally am going to defer to Judge Napolitano's opinion.
