Okay, we are in agreement. I also remember that after all the conversations that .3 was the ratio to use. Unfortunately though we have a disagreement with these numbers. We need to clarify, so again:

Doc:

# of shares of DRIV owned by TSQD (post-IPO) ?

Total TSQD outstanding ?

or what number is wrong in following calcs?

DRIV Market Cap (Total DRIV OS * share price)
multiplied by .19 (TSQDs ownership)
divided by Number of TSQD shares outstanding
That will give you $ amount of 1 share of TSQDs interest in DRIV:

.19 (16,700,000 X 8.5) / 15,000,000 = $1.79

- or -

% of DRIV owned by TSQD (reportedly 19%?) X DRIV outstanding shares) = # of DRIV shares owned by TSQD / Total TSQD shares
This is ratio to be used against DRIV share price:

16,700,000 * .19 = 3,173,000 / 15,000,000 = .21
