Thanks, Norman. Imo, Mory won't go for less than $70.

<At a Morgan Stanley Dean Witter breakfast this morning, one of the managing directors from the firm's M&A group reviewed buyout premiums for the last eight years. The median premium was 30% above the stock's closing price seven days before the deal was announced. More than 90% of all buyout premiums fell within a range of 20-40% above the target stock's closing price a week before announcement. If ASND trades at $50 the week before a deal is announced, we could expect to see an offer of $65. If Mory successfully argues for a "premium" buyout premium, we might see $70. Best regards, Norman.>

Hi Norman, that make me feel more confidence with my guessing theory about LU/ASND. Oct 9, Friday is earning announced after market close, following Monday let say ASND trade at 52. As we're talking here, if Mr. Mory can get between 25%-35% premium base on that day price, the deal can be out on "THE MERGER MONDAY OCT. 19". That will make ASND value range 13B-15B. It's matching with our guessing. I believe Mr. Mory won't let it go for anything below 65. Remember how ambitious and want to win he is at CNBC's interview showed sometime not long ago?
