Efficient market<gg>Everyone is entitled to 5 min. of complaining every day. Ps, your time is up. People probably don't want to give the vulture capitalists the satisfaction. At least right away.

Usually when there is good news and the stock price goes down the market expected better news.

When was the last time NCII made a profit?

With over 58 million shares outstanding, $3 million dollars works out to only $.05 per share. Now think about how much the expenses will be once production starts. NCII still has a great opportunity to make a loss and a loss greater than before.

I think the market would also like to hear that some time in the near future a plan will be put in motion to reduce the debt that NCII is carrying.

Personally, I would not pay more than $.06 for the stock.
