We are all in the same boat & would be nicely if we can keep each other updated. Does anyone of you familiar with CFG, how is their reputation in the field? So far, AETI does not answer all my phone calls and even without getting back to me either by phone or by e-mail, I start to worry about their credibility, a hype or maybe they have a very big reason not to disclose anything yet.. Hoping AETI can come out with a better public relationship, at least do something for the shareholders.

Mr.Swedelo, This is what I heard from COO of AETI today. AETI has filed in papers for lawsuit dismissal. On Monday, Once court dismisses the lawsuit, AETI perhaps will make it public on the same day. Ofcourse, I agree with U that we can not rule out any last minute surprises and need to wait until the announcement. IMO, Based on their previous lawsuit update announcement, I am betting that this lawsuit will be behind us next week in which case it will make sense for AETI to comeout with positive announcements. Although AETI has been announcing positive news for the past 3 months, because of lawsuit the stock price has declined to 50 cents from $3 level. It takes no genius to figure out once lawsuit is out of the way, all the positive news from AETI make more sense and we may be seeing stock price to double from current levels over the next few days. Again, I was wrong before on this and am just hoping that won't be wrong this time...
