Craig,

could you educate us as to how the IGS SMARTcentre infrastructure looks like? From what I gather, IGS offers corporations data management/warehousing/backup/communications services... but does this mean one SMARTcentre per customer? Are they located on customer premises, or in IGS' own facilities? Is the equipment actually sold to the customer, or is this purely on a service basis?
