Being the cynical type with regards to Datek, my guess is that they have finally been busted by the investigators that have been poking around there for months, and are being forced to buy back shares that they never had authority to sell. I've long held the belief that they probably consistently sell shares that they haven't bothered to borrow, so perhaps they are now being forced to follow the rules. Next will be the rules on settlement proceeds availability. Oh no!!!!!! Len
