HEB Getting Sued Thursday September 24, 5:19 pm Eastern Time Northern Trust sues HemispheRx in stock dispute WILMINGTON, Del., Sept 24 (Reuters) - Northern Trust Corp. (Nasdaq:NTRS - news) and ELL & Co. have sued HemispheRx Biopharma Inc. (AMEX:HEB - news) for an order allowing the plaintiffs to convert preferred shares into common stock. In information papers filed Wednesday in the Delaware Chancery Court, ELL and Northern, as trustee of the AT&T Corp. (NYSE:T - news) AT&T Master Pension Trust, said they want to ''enforce their contractual rights to convert 1,500 shares of Hemispherx series E convertible preferred stock...into 750,000 shares of HemispheRx common stock.'' 750,000 shares! Tomorrow Asensio will drive another stake into the vampire's heart.
