Terry, the real question is: why is the price so high after all the sells ? And don't be fooled, those trades going off at the ask are sells, not buys. If we knew why the MMs only brought the price down 1/16 after about 400,000 shares of selling, we'd have a lot of answers to what's going on. Usually, large volume with no price increase is a good sign, but I'm not sure why.

This is my only conclusion:
There is still good support just below 1. The lower prices have brought out more bids - right now the B/A is 77x10. The last trade was 5000 shares at 31/31, an uptick.

It is possible the conversion is still taking place. If not, people are just waiting for the deal. Not much will happen until its announced, or until enough people get tired of waiting.
