TOGA got a steal because of the mismanagement and nepotism at FRSH. So I am willing to take a 15% + short term gain on what I believe is very low risk. As I said - the labeling requirements will apply to all and it is no big deal if TOGA decides they want to pasteurize all of the FRSH product line rather than just the part that is already pasteurized.
