Marty, they can't raise the range because they are dealing with big institutions and individuals who have lots of lawyers on staff and millions of dollars in commissions they'll never see if they make them angry. If a broker came to me, back when I was managing a godzilla fund, and said, this deal is coming at $16-18, the first thing I say is $16. -g- If it's above $16, call me and I'll let you know if I still want to play based upon the expected opening price. It is a buyers' market institutionally and a sellers' market for individuals. Which we usually refer to by the technical term, screw job for Joe Sixpack. -g-
