It looks to me like a declining neckline. No, it doesn't alter the analysis, but good question. I wouldn't even mind if it penetrated it for a day or so and then resumed trading above it, but, it didn't happen.

On the other hand, if it went completely through it and then continued to trade below it, then it would alter the analysis and here's how; the neckline would then become resistance. But, I don't see that, yet.

Look at what you did. You turned bullish yesterday and the markets collapsed today. I think you're manipulating the markets somehow and you've got to stop that.
