Well, Ned, actually I believe that Frank Landi Sr is telling the truth. I believe that the WIN write-ups contain substantial facts that when packaged as we have seen can be harmful to AWLT. The best thing Araldica can do, in my opinion, is to close out their audit and file with the SEC. As events unfold, whether it be resolution of the Danielle acquisition or anything else of substance file the appropriate updates as required. If we file based on worst case numbers (and how much worse can they get) as the company evolves & Frank's big picture becomes clear to investors those of us who are shareholders can still come out winners.
Your post a couple of weeks ago about transparent companies hits home with me. Honesty goes a long way with shareholders. I can handle bad news, it's no news or news that is forced as the company tries to defend accusations that I can't handle. When I bought into AWLT a year ago I expected that we were on the road to becoming fully SEC compliant & reporting. That alone would do a lot to diffuse any of the negative press coming from WIN or other like sources.
