Andy,

Not trying to hype MADI. I bought DGIV at .43 and sold at $6. Have watched with great empathy as DGIV has fallen. MADI just reminds me of the early days with DGIV. Look at my real name, my profile and my post and you will see I don't hype.

This is great, the SEC is finally doing something to regulate this madhouse! The frustrating this is that with all of these pump and dump frauds out there, all of these scams, and here we have a legitimate company that is just making mistakes, and gets hammered on its stock price just as much as if it had been a scam.

And to think.... all they had to do was put out a Form 10, with six months to do so.... or at least not say they were coming out with a Form 10.... and maybe print up some brochures for the trade show... a trip to kinkos....
