You misread my remarks. I said that insider notification to the SEC IMHO could be reason.

I took this off the Yahoo thread. It makes sense to me. I don't find a TOGA thread here on SI. It does look as if someone would like to accumulate some cheap stock. I think I will buy some TOGA to go with my FRSH. Certainly the insiders at TOGA know more than we do!!!!! How about it Bob - should we start a TOGA thread? -------------Posted on Yahoo---------- Here are the insider buys of TOGA stock this year. Last buy was not reported until Sept. 18. (55K shares by two TOGA insiders) Looks to me like they expect something at TOGA and it's not a broken deal. About the time FRSH goes back to $3.35 (deal finished) TOGA should go up over $4!! Sure - someone out there wants us to think there is a problem with the deal. Any delay to the deal is probably so that more insiders can load up at depressed prices on both TOGA and FRSH!!!
