My dear friends and fellow shareholders: PATIENCE HAS IT'S REWARDS!! >>>IVI Checkmate Could Be a Takeover Target, Business Week Says Roswell, Georgia, Sept. 24 (Bloomberg) - Some investors think IVI Checkmate Corp., a Roswell, Georgia-based provider of electronic-payments services, could be acquired by Ingenico, a French company that already holds a 9 percent stake, Business Week reported in its ''Inside Wall Street'' column. Ingenico Chairman Jean-Jacques Poutrel said the company will make a ''very important'' acquisition to increase its ''position in several countries,'' the magazine said. IVI Checkmate shares -- which rose 3/8 to 4 7/8 today -- should reach 11, said Steve Shook, an analyst at Interstate/Johnson Lane Corp., the magazine said.
