Tony. OT. OT. OT. Thanks. Yes, you are right about that Long Term Fund. I got an earful of all that stuff in the meantime. I had listened to it already yesterday but not in my wildest dreams did I think it would come to this today. But on closer evaluation the question is: How many more of those Funds are in trouble out there? Good thing that those Mill.Dollar Babies have to wait a full year before liquidating when they invest in those things. Gee, I hope the S&L crisis does not pale to this situation. I really don't think so. Just look at that Orange County debacle. It went alright. But I guess it gives those big guys something to worry about and therefore us too. I thought that bail out package in Latin America, possible rate cut etc. would put some of the fears to rest for a while. Shows you what I know. gg. I think when you get all those bailouts you take more chances and invest in risky things. When I do it, well you know what happens then. First we gave to Mexico, funded the IMF until lately and now this. But I understand that the GOV. will not participate in this bailout. It is the banking community and the like? Still, money could grow scarce if there is not a halt put to all this stuff. No wonder the market is being accused of being a Casino. I still believe you should only be able to buy and sell stocks you own. Forget all this hedging and stuff. The FED better cut the rate in a hurry. Southwestern Bank, I think that's the name, cut the Prime Rate today. That banking guy was talking about a coming recession. What a little scandal can do to a good economy!! Just kidding. I think we are not experienced yet in this NEW WORLD ORDER. Not too many countries want to participate or maybe they think it means: You make sure you give us free trade and we think about it evtl. gg. Man, you could really get cynical with all this stuff out there. Sure hope Asia and all can get their house in order soon. But I am not holding my breath. I have never followed the markets that closely until about 2 years ago. I am beginning to think that I should just buy and forget the rest. But I think that it is too late for me now. The internet got me. gg. I probably should reduce my stocks to fewer cos. That could work. gg. Anyhow, let's see where the market ends up at in the near future. In the toilette or in the sky. I am hoping for the latter. Some of those analyst's and talking heads are trying really hard to scare the daylights out of us. But I am sticking with my techs, Pharmas and some of the internet stocks. Well, the latter get traded a bit more. Oops. This is a rather long sermon again and is not doing our stocks any good. I'll better write off topic on this one. Sonny
